Role description: The successful Development Project Manager will be managing day to day tasks on their own project’s as well as collaborating on large schemes under guidance of a development manager.

The Development Project Manager will work as part of the wider team. They will be involved in instructing and managing development team consultants regarding the legal, planning, development and commercial constraints of any proposal. This will include through the feasibility pre-development and construction stages.
